To understand the broad essential information about animals especially classification, structure, development, adaptations and evolution.
To get an exposure to the advanced field like genetic engineering, biotechnology and bioinformatics and analyze the relationship between organisms and environment.

Understand the Physiology, Developmental biology, Evolution of animals and their adaptive importance.
Acquire the functional knowledge about Cell, Microbial Pathology, and Genetic interaction there by realizing the role of health, immunity and vaccines .
Gain knowledge about the applications in Sericulture, Aquaculture, Apiculture, Vermiculture, Poultry farming, there by imparting skills for source of income and self-employment.
